What I really like in my function is the diversity of my tasks and projects

I began working with the company as a fermentation operator when Eurogentec was still a small biotech. With its rapid growth, I had the opportunity to evolve into more decision-making positions, such as Team Leader and Project Manager. Today, I manage a team of more than 40 people. It’s a chance to be involved in a management that is engaged and values their employees.
