This price list supersedes all previous lists.
Please mention your P.O. number, quotation number (for custom or bulk orders), as well as all applicable promotional codes on every order.
Transport costs will be invoiced according to the table below or as priced in your quotation.
Shipping fees are as follows for packages up to 10 lbs*:

Administrative costs will be charged for re-invoicing, if necessary, due to incorrector incomplete information on the order form.
